Minas Roasted Coffee, Extra, 500g (Green Shirt)

This Middle-Eastern-type coffee is sure to please any coffee connoisseur who wishes to experience a bold flavor in their next cup.

Directions:

1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot.

2. Add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.

3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4. Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.

NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
