Gyro Meat (LOAF) – approximate weight: 6 lbs.

This 6-lb. package of uncooked and non-sliced gyro meat will make approximately 18-27 gyros sandwiches, depending on the thickness of the slices cut and the number of slices used per sandwich.

Ingredients: beef, lamb, water, bread crumbs, salt, yeast, contains 2% or less of: sugar, calcium propionate (a preservative), niacinamide, ferrous sulfate, copper gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate (B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin (B2), cyanocobalamin (B12), monosodium glutamate, spice, dehydrated garlic, lemon juice concentrate, maltodextrin, wheat, soybean.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place gyro loaf in a baking tray. Thawed loaf will take 1 1 2 to 2 hours to fully cook, frozen will take 2-3 hours.
