Hermes Pomace Olive Oil is pressed from olives grown in sun-drenched groves of the Mediterranean. Chosen for their superior quality, these olives yield a refined, blended, smooth oil with a mellow flavor and light color. Enjoy Hermes for sauteing, frying, greasing and basting your favorite dishes. It is also a good substitute for shortening; just reduce the amount used by one quarter.
